Interview
First I applied via employee referral. Then I had an initial screening call which was very positive.
I explicitly thanked the recruiter for giving me a concrete timeline in which I would hear from her, whether or not I got the position. She told me I should hear back in about two weeks.
After two weeks went by, I sent her an email to check in. It's the summer so I understand that things are slow, people are on vacation, etc. She apologized for the slowness and told me I should be hearing back about potentially getting a second interview "soon."
Then another month elapsed. I sent her another email to ask for an update. Radio silence. It has now been two additional weeks since I emailed her and I have received no response, not even an OOO autoresponder.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX)
Interview
Initial call is first. Next is a video call with some collaborative problem solving. Finally a day-long onsite meet with a task provided and 1hr to prepare, present to group panel and defend, then four 1 hour long back to back 1 on 1 interviews.

Got the call and able to join in a week to two week time from the online application submitted, in between few e-mails and give the personal one to one interview in head office.
