I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Infosys (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2019
Interview
There are two parts to the interview: technical and personal. You first are asked to introduce yourself and are asked questions about what you know about the company. Then you are asked: What is a class? What are the different loops you know and their functions? You are asked about OOP and the four principles. What are SDLC and the 7 steps? What is agile? They are an agile based company so read up on that. The questions may vary so study up on Java, SQL, and any introduction programming questions.
Then the second part is the personal questions. What are your strengths and weaknesses? Qualities of a leader and why? Experiences of working in a group and how did you overcome difficulties. Your 5-10 year plan? And of course, why should we hire you? These questions should be answered honestly. Don't say what you think they want to hear. They interview a lot of people and know how to tell if you are truthful or not. Remember to study and be yourself.
