I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Coimbatore) in Nov 2012
Interview
First round was aptitude test with logical and verbal questions. It is very easy to clear the test. Just make sure you work out all the logical and verbal problems. No aptitude test. So don't break your head there. The final round is HR interview where they ask you very simple questions about your life.
It was quite basic and interactive. The panel are very much helpful for candidates to make them comfortable and the question are on point and easy to crack down for the role
Overall interview process was good. Questions were easy to answer. Basic questions from resume projects were asked. Also some questions based on ML, OOP, DBMS were asked. Prepare basic topics very well.
