There are three rounds in the overall process: technical that was virtual, managerial(face to face) and HR round. Technical round was really good, I had a great experience but managerial round interview was very disappointing.
The interviewer was not just unhelpful, but borderline dismissive and condescending throughout the conversation.
She seemed more interested in pointing out what was missing rather than exploring what I have done.
I believe interviews should be two-way conversations, not interrogations designed to belittle candidates. I joined the interview prepared and respectful — unfortunately, the same courtesy was not extended in return.
I left the interview feeling really disrespected — not because of the questions, but because of the attitude.
