The first interview round will be conducted virtually, while the second round will be a face-to-face interview scheduled on weekends at a nearby company office.
Interviewer asked project based and management based questions.
So I had this interview at Infosys last week for a team leader role, and honestly, it went really well! I was a bit nervous going in because you know how these big consulting firms can be, but the whole experience was actually pretty refreshing.
The interview panel was really welcoming - there were three people: an HR person, a technical lead, and someone from the business side. What I loved was that they didn't just grill me with textbook questions. Instead, they seemed genuinely interested in understanding how I think about leadership and problem-solving.
The conversation flowed naturally, and I could tell they were really listening to my responses. They asked me to walk them through some real scenarios, which felt much more authentic than those generic "tell me about yourself" questions you usually get.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to lead a team through a challenging project with tight deadlines. How did you manage the team's workload and ensure quality deliverables?
How would you handle a situation where two team members have conflicting ideas about the technical approach to a project, and both are convinced their solution is better?
