I applied through their official website and they contacted me from the HR department, where I had a short video call with information about my situation here and small introduction about myself, as well as my experience working in the position. I had a second interview with the team leader and the manager in which they asked me specific things about the job. Everything was pleasant and very positive, I sent my information as a third step and they rejected me without telling me why, I sent emails to ask for feedback and they told me was because my visa status, which was a bit confusing because I have a permit with free access to the labor market, and I think those are requirements that they should ask at the beginning or specify what type of visa or permits they accept, that seemed in very bad situation.
