Intact interview questions

- Applied online - Phone interview / discussion (they confirmed I was ok with the salary during the call and explained some benefits) - 2-on-1 interview at their office (The process has now changed to group interviews)

Pretty tough interview, definitely a lot harder than the industry standard, but not impossibly hard. Typical industry questions (why P&C, why Intact etc.) with a few more thinking questions (how much would it cost to clean all the windows in GTA). Lasted just under an hour, but the atmosphere was very nice and relaxed so not that much of a struggle overall.
