After three rounds of interviews, along with technical and language assessments, I reached the final interview stage. The interview went well. However, it took a month and a half to receive any response. Unfortunately, I did not secure the position, which is understandable given the competitive nature of the role. Nonetheless, what I find disrespectful is that I requested feedback twice and never received a reply from HR, even though they offered to provide it. After four months of technical and language tests, as well as interviews, one would expect some form of communication. It’s not acceptable to treat candidates dismissively.
