I applied in-person. I interviewed at International Committee of the Red Cross
Average interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at International Committee of the Red Cross in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview process was not super complicated: started with the test and continued with the conversation with the hiring manager and HR. Rather standard set of questions. There could be some specific ones depending on the hiring manager’s willingness to seek for a quality.

Question 1
Situational, position related questions. Like, imagine that you need to do an announcement in front of the crowd and the message is partially positive. How would you do that?
The written test was held then successful candidates called for an interview (a week or two after, some cases the following day). The interview usually consists of the hiring manager or someone from the team and the HR person. The interview takes about 40 minutes. quiet warm I would say.
