International Rescue Committee Caseworker interview questions

I was contacted on Monday evening about an interview on Wednesday morning. They changed the time twice and I had to wait over an hour on Zoom before they showed up. I was expecting behavioral questions but all I got were general questions about my thoughts on the project and no question specific to the role of Caseworker. I waited for three weeks and when I followed up I got the rejection email.

Easy, simple questions, nothing difficult. Before I applied for the position, I was an intern. I did not have to prove much during the interview, since I was known already.
