There was to be 5 interview rounds: interview with recruiter, 2 functional interviews, 1 with line manager, final panel round with a couple of VPs. In the first 3 interviews the questions were fairly broad, asking me to describe my experience in certain areas of leadership and analytics, with not too many specific situation based questions. Every interview started with why I wanted the job and it was clear that motivation for the cause was a key part of what the interviewers believed was required to be successful.
After 3 interviews, they told me they would get back to me within a week. However, I have never heard from them again. After 2 weeks I e-mailed the recruiter who was coordinating and had done my first interview to ask if there was an update, but she never responded. This struck me as a pretty poor way to treat somebody who had spent time preparing for and taking part in 3 hour-long interviews.
