I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (Sacramento, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
There was a preliminary interview over the phone and then I was called in to talk to the manager. She asked questions about experience with immigrant populations and human trafficking. It was very friendly, informal, and easy. I got the internship on the spot and she asked if I can start soon. My understanding is that they are always looking for interns so if they call you in it is likely you'll ge it.
