Interview
The interviewer was very nice, very attentive, and very patient. IRC provides onboarding training and gives interns time to learn how to use the organization's work systems. The interviewer explained the responsibilities of the position for me in great detail, and there were application scenario questions in the interview to examine whether the candidate was a good match for the position.
