International Rescue Committee interview questions

I had an initial call with the recruiter, followed by a presentation, and two calls with direct managers. I enjoyed speaking with team members but thought the recruiter was the weakest part of the interview. I did not get the best first impression of them because their camera was off during our initial meeting.

2 people interviewed me, was fairly short and to the point. Asked lots of hypothetical questions and asked about my small scale farming experience. I do not think I did particularly well in the interview, this was a few years back. Seems like a great org though!
