I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (Berlín)
Interview
Overall, it was chaotic and not what I expected. The time of the interview was changed several times on short notice. I was asked to prepare an extensive presentation beforehand with little time - this puts candidates who have a full-time job that they want to change from at a disadvantage. Despite the time-consuming process, there was no feedback about their decision at the end.
