I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee in Jul 2023
Interview
I'm not sure if this was due to the organization itself or the recruiter, but I had a poor experience with my recruiting screening. The recruiter: -spelled my name wrong in their email -scheduled the screening call 15 minutes outside of my given availability -arrived 4 minutes late to the interview -didn't allow for any questions at the end of the screening The first question the recruiter asked was about my salary expectations, we didn't talk much about my qualifications. I never received an update after the screening.

It was first document screening and then department head calls you for phone interview. Not that difficult, they just wanted to see if you have background knowledge of basic things about the position you applied.
