It was very smooth and the recruiter was very professional and responsive, the hiring manager was also very polite and professional. Only the Final in person interview with the team was a bit weird. I've never seen a business operation person asking HR questions. It was very clear that she googled those questions as she has no HR experience.

Applied online and after 2-3 weeks received an email from the recruiter and then three rounds of interview. After the final interview I never heard back. That's disappointing and I didn't expect it from IRC
