I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee in Oct 2021
Interview
I was called for an initial 15-30 minute phone screening, then was called for a 1-hour full panel interview with three members from different departments. The main interviewer (who would be the supervisor of the position I was applying for) was incredibly friendly and kind. It started with typical questions regarding why I wanted to work for IRC, how my experience ties into this role, how I would tackle certain tasks, etc.
