International Rescue Committee interview questions

Typical situational experience questions. Very informal, not too stressful, but thorough to make sure you could handle a non-profit org. Got to take a small tour of the office and meet some of my future coworkers.

The progress was incredibly disorganized. A person reached out for an interview then said another person would reach out for a second round within the week. That took nearly a month. I then went through two more rounds of interview's, before being offered a different position than the one I had applied.
