International Rescue Committee interview questions

I was contacted by an in-house recruiter who passed my resume around to determine my best fit. Once they found a good fit, the recruiter talked to me on the phone with standard behavioral questions. I then came in to meet my new supervisor and was offered the position a couple days later.

I applied online and about a week later received an e-mail from the recruiter in NYC requesting a phone interview. The e-mails and interview were professionally done. The questions ranged from standard to more difficult. The phone interview lasted about an hour
