International Rescue Committee interview questions

Online application on IRC website. 30 min Skype interview with HR manager because I was out of the country. Questions were standard and focused on understanding of the available position and how my experience related to the job announcement.

The first step is phone-screening, then in-person at the office and finally a group interview. The phone-screening was about half an hour based on the review of your resume and your interest with the position. The in-person interview was an hour long based on background, skills and job related experiences.
