I applied through college or university. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee
Interview
The process was unprofessional. The woman with whom I was allegedly supposed to interview turned out to be out of the office. I was initially interviewed for the wrong position. When I clarified what I was interviewing for, IRC managed to find two people from the right department to speak with me. The two then proceeded to read five questions from a piece of paper, two of which were yes or no questions. The interview process was a red flag.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
They just asked me few questions face to face. All the questions were really easy, so they hired more than they needed. overall, it still is a good experience which i could put on my resume
I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online, then had one phone screening, then about a week later I went to an in person interview with a very nice woman in human resources. It was overall a good experience.
