Interview
Once your profile is selected, you will undergo three oral interviews (skype or phone) : HR (in English), Technical Unit (in English) , Hiring Manager (In the duty station local language). Sometimes, a written test can be organised as a complement. Be aware there is usually no deadline. The recruitment process ends as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The HR interview is very basic and usually very short. The technical interview can be hard depending on the position you are applying for and the technical advisor doing the interview. The last one is more general and personal (past experience, motivation, adaptability... )
