International Rescue Committee interview questions

Once your profile is selected, you will undergo three oral interviews (skype or phone) : HR (in English), Technical Unit (in English) , Hiring Manager (In the duty station local language). Sometimes, a written test can be organised as a complement. Be aware there is usually no deadline. The recruitment process ends as soon as a suitable candidate is found.

-30 minute Skype interview with HR employee -Follow-up 45 minute Skype interview with technical manager -Questions ranged from general strengths/weaknesses questions to technical expertise that I would bring to the position -The HR hiring manager was friendly and open, however I thought that I would not be able to move on to the second interview until I received an e-mail immediately afterward to schedule a second interview -The main setback I had was not having the requisite management experience
