International Rescue Committee MEAL Officer interview questions

It was a typical interview question: "Tell me about yourself and why you believe you're the best candidate for this position." After this were the scenario-based questions and technical questions.

First interview was with an HR officer. After 1-2 weeks, they arranged a second interview with managing supervisor and departing MEAL officer. I was not asked to complete a technical test. I got an offer after 3 weeks. Generally it felt like a slow HR process
