International Rescue Committee interview questions in Silver Spring

It was very straightforward. The interviewers were great and answered my questions thoroughly, including those about remote work, salary and benefits. Only one interview was required before I was asked for references. I selected a different job for other reasons, but would happily interview at IRC again in the future.

Interviewed with three ICM workers. Everyone was so nice and the interview went well. They spent a lot of time on introducing the team and the ICM internship I was applying for, It was only one round interview, and I received the offer one week after.
