I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intuit (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The worst recruiting and hiring process I’ve encountered in tech. Recruiters are incompetent and do not care about candidates. They will not disclose interview prep info that you need and go completely dark when you have questions. Or they’ll give you the WRONG instructions (this literally happened and another recruiter caught it). Interview process takes months and even if you do well on the on-site, it’s no guarantee of anything. A complete waste of time and energy. They have no regard for the time and effort it takes to interview.

Question 1
Standard ds/algo questions, timed coding challenges
I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit in Jan 2021
Interview
I was asked two Leet Code easy questions. It was pretty straight forward — basically a standard interview. I was also asked some behavioral questions and to go over my resume and experiences
They have a craft demo which you should have ready by 90 mins with database, apis, front end and test cases if you miss out on any then they just reject and btw they hate leetcoders apparently. They mostly are looking for ppl who know the jargons and can just throw in some big words here and there without much concern for anything else. So just learn the words and definitions and also have your craft with front end backend database and tests all perfect in 1.5 hr and the job is yours at intuit.
