The interview process is pretty standard: 1. behavioral interview tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here etc. 2. markets they want to know if you follow the market, how would you advise clients, and whats important to them. 3. different client situations how would you act in different client situations etc.

The interviewers were not personable and were very reluctant to listen to personal motivations - repeatedly emphasising that I didn't realise that the role was challenging, even though this was my main reason for applying.

Resume screening first, and then online interview. You need a good GPA 3.7+ or you will get rejected. Online interview, 3questions. Limited time to answer each questions. 3 attempts per question. 1~3minutes to answer, 1min to prepare. 15mins in total. Overall negative experience because there wasn't enough time to prepare for the questions.
