Too much focus on Derivatives. And, their main focus is on gender diversity. They judge people based on their gender, and not actual capabilities nad knowledge. Shortlisting also seems biased.
Multiple rounds of interview over a period of 2 months. With everything virtual, it was handles pretty well and seamless. I had rounds starting with the HR, the onshore as well as offshore professionals.
