Very structured, a good mix of technical questions along with case interviews. Several behavioural questions as well. Had several rounds of interviews with members at various levels. Recruiter was very active. All interviews held over skype.
The process started with an online application and a cover letter . The next stage was
a Pymetrics test which is more like a personality test. On the basis of the results they invite you for a video interview from Hirevue.
Alles in allem ein durchschnittliches Vorstellungsgespräch, welches die Erläuterung der persönlichen Motivation und von Angaben zum CV sowie einige technische Fragen beinhaltete. Eine detailliertere Rückmeldung über den Grund der Ablehnung wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
