It was a decently long process, took about a month overall, the actual interview was very friendly and welcoming, good but long experience, typical for the industry, was done remotely due to covid
Initial phone screen followed by an in-person super day with around 10 members of the Investments team in their New York office. Overall good process, very efficient and organized. Balance between behavioral/fit and technical questions

They asked how my prior work experiences in real estate would transfer into this role, including asking for detail on one of the deals I worked on

I had a round of Aptitude test ( simple questions were asked ) and then interview rounds after which consisted of technical and HR. Situation based questions were asked which were a bit tricky .
