I applied for GFBM analyst program role for CA fresher on the company career portal and got a call from the HR within 3 days and interview was scheduled with the next 3 days.

Behavioural questions mostly, a little about your background and on what you know about the job. I think managers just wanted to judge your fit to the culture of the department, and gauge if your communication abilities are able to hit their expected requirements
