I received a call from the HR about interview and was asked to come on the same day. I requested them to reschedule as it was not possible for me to attend at such a short notice. They then told me that they will confirm and schedule a telephonic interview on the same day in the evening. I never received any confirmation instead I got a direct interview call in the evening. This was very unprofessional on their part. On top of that the interviewing lady had no politeness and was very condensending. As if doing a favour on me by giving me an opportunity to interview with them. The questions asked were in no way relevant to my experience and suitable for a fresher. I was asked a few full forms and a few definitions. The interviewer had zero courtesy to even describe the job description. When I explained about my job profile, she was blunt enough to blurt out are those the only things? I lost it at that point. I work for a top most MNC for more than half a decade and these arrogant and ignorant people think they can say anything to candidates just because they are hiring? Totally negative experience.
