HI ,
I have been interviewed by JP Morgan 2 weeks back.
First round was telephonic and cleared it.Second round was conducted F2F after one week.Cleared and HR scheduled the VP telephonic round of interview after one day.Surprisingly didn't received the call.So called HR, she apologize and said i will be informed if any further round needs to be done.I thought i got rejected before giving VP round of interview.Again surprised as got a call from another HR to give the HireVue coding test first.Then managerial round and then VP round and lastly HR round.By this time already felt screwed up so lost interest in giving further interviews and informed the same to HR .So finally she got irritated and sent an email that i will not be considered again.
I thanked her for not considering me again as i will save my days in future from this company.(It was my dream company but shattered badly by the hiring process).
My advice to candidates to ask clearly from the HR in email the interview process and then proceed further.After all Its your time and effort you are investing, so invest wisely.

Interview
It consist of 4 rounds .
->two round face to face in which they will check basic knowledge and coding skill.
->one managerial which was completely non technical.
->one coding test which consist two rounds.
Hr round will be done after completing all above round .

-->1st round was basic question like cloning ,immutable and basic java question and programs like synchronization and custom sub string.
-->2nd round was only programming.programs are below.
1.circular link list.
2.custom link list.
3. input-- int [] arr={1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10};
int b=4;
output=4,3,2,1,8,7,6,5,9,10
number are reversing in given frequency like in this program frequency is 4.if not matching
the frequency then it should not reverse.
4.Write a program to print like JSON format by using reflection.
-->3rd round was managerial stuff like how to handle code quality and keep the spirit up etc.
-->4th round was coding which consist two coding question . which can be solved by taking help from google.

Interview
Got interview call from HR. Cleared all rounds. Requested me for documents ( pay slips, bonus letters etc) and the HR kept mum . It's because of budget constraint.
I would like to say just one thing here .
If you don't have budget please don't interview people for your internal ratings in the company. This will be of no use as you are wasting your time and ours .
Speak to hiring manager on his budget approval and then only proceed to shortlisting candidates.
I personally say JP Morgan is doing these sort of mind games with many interview candidates. Kindly stop them and get a life.
