Basic details collection
First Round:
Technical with vice president
Asked all skill based questions and previous experiences
Gave a brief about team, shift timings, process etc
Second Round:
With Executive director
All questions were related to team management, people management etc.
How to follow hierarchy, how to manage conflicts between team members, Describe yourself in a single word, why should we hire you etc
Third Round :
HR explained about the organization.
She described the policies & benefits.
Give a brief on compensation.
Total 30-50 days processing

Interview
Multiple technical rounds, followed by online written test and HR rounds. Technical rounds will contain analytical and programmatical questions. Most of these should be related to the relevant experience and the job requirements.
