Standard bank interview - multipla rounds w diff depts ( esales, team members from other regions), interviewers r pretty easygoing , its more like chit chating . They mainly ask questions around ur experience .

Online interviews and tests. The interview was a hireview with no one on the other end. Felt kind of impersonal but was a smooth and easy process. There were qualitative and quantitative tests that were slightly challenging but the instructions were clear. I would devote time to preparing for these.
