J.P. Morgan Associate interview questions

Time slot given to me was 11:00 AM 1. Written test begun at 12:30 PM, 10 questions from core java and 10 from spring mainly annotations 2. Waited for 4 hrs for first round of interview, interview begun at 4 PM, where I was told my skill sets does'nt match that required for profile. That is to unprofessional and mismanagement, HR should have not shortlisted my resume if it was so. I have never seen so obscene interview process, my complete day was screwed. Never expected this from JP Morgan, if it's resources can't manage a interview process, how can they manage portfolios of the net worth My advice not to trust such company
