Interview
Unprofessional and not in line with company’s values of putting their employees happiness at forefront. The recruiter was not easy to contact after initial interviews and feedback was nonexistent. One of the interviewers who is also a branch manager was negative to begin with and remained negative throughout interview process. I have many years experience in banking industry along with management experience. It is unfortunate to think that Chase is not putting more people who enjoy working with people and the face for Chase in this process. I will continue my career search with other finance institutions.

One on one with manager. He didn’t ask me many questions and that made me offer more information about myself. Moreover a overview of the career path and opportunities the company has to offer.

Multiple interviews with well thought out questions. Lots of questions about previous work experience, and hypothetical "what would you do in this situation" type questions.
Everyone was kind, polite and seemed to be genuinely listening to each answer carefully.
