I was contacted by a recruiter based on my customer service and sales experience. You must pass an online math/IQ test and then you will have a phone interview, follow by an in person interview with the manager and district manager.

Had to first complete online assessment then was called in for interview. First met with the branch manager and then with the district manager. Pretty easy questions. Super basic.
Apply online, pass the math and personality qualifiers, get a phone interview, interview with a manager and their manager, pass a drug, background, and financial check and put your fingerprints on file, get the job.
