Coding test, interview 2 rounds is it was very east but their selection process was totally random as many people cleared the test. They were selecting candidates randomly. Thats all I actually have to say but they have a word limit so i am writing random stuff. I sometimes feel very lost

Explain how market makers profit from their business.
It was really interesting, all the time they leave open to you to be yourself and they focus complete on my manners and how expressive I'm on daily situations, but all the time i was pushed to express the best on me.
More behavioural. They asked 3 easy technical questions in each of the 2 interviews. It was fine, very quick and all over Zoom, each of them lasting around 30 minutes.
