Poor experience overall. Interviewer was uninterested and kept asking the same questions in different ways, questions did not reflect my skills or qualities but were ‘why do you want to work in London’, ‘what do you like about London’. No questions on my experiences or knowledge about the company. Waste of time.

It included an assessment center and a forty five minute interview and fifteen minute interview. The assesment center is how well you work in a team as well as individually.

Very comprehensive and carried out in a professional manor. Interviewers were accommodating and the selection process was efficient. Too much internal competition amongst candidates for specific roles however and could be carried out on a purely individual basis instead of a large amount of group work.
