Você passa pela etapa do Hireview que é um pouco mais simples do que parece, vão ter perguntas sobre o mercado financeiro independente da área da sua escolha, esteja preparado. A segunda etapa é presencial, irão te fazer perguntas padrão, e também aplicar um teste escrito de raciocínio lógico.
No geral são coisas típicas e esperadas, mas vale a pena ser bem comunicativo para conseguir se enturmar.
Muito importante mostrar que você pesquisou a respeito deles, pois é perguntado.

Explain how market makers profit from their business.
It was really interesting, all the time they leave open to you to be yourself and they focus complete on my manners and how expressive I'm on daily situations, but all the time i was pushed to express the best on me.
More behavioural. They asked 3 easy technical questions in each of the 2 interviews. It was fine, very quick and all over Zoom, each of them lasting around 30 minutes.
