I applied online. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Singapur)
Interview
The interview process began with a virtual meeting on Teams, involving two interviewers who were current employees of the company. They unexpectedly shared quite a negative perspective on the role being discussed, emphasizing challenges and downsides, which gave an impression of dissatisfaction or potential issues within the team or the job itself. This was surprising and set a somewhat discouraging tone for the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How many managers did you handle expense claims for?
Lengthy, unorganized, and extremely unprofessional. The HR process leaves a lot to be desired. The HR I interacted with didn't realize she hadn't ended our call, and proceeded to speak negatively about me to her colleagues about me. Just a poorly ran organization I'm glad I didn't work for.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (New York, NY)
Interview
interviewers were really nice, very HR minded - must fit job description posted. straight forward questions - tell me about yourself, why do you want to leave your current job, etc.
