J.P. Morgan interview questions

3 rounds interview 1:1 : - first rouind with all the team of the equity sales desk, very easy, asking just questions about me and my resume, my life, my studies. - second round with the italian CFO of the office, very technical all question related to IB and Asset management, such as: " how do you think the interest rate will move in these months?", Multiples description, Corporate valuation (DCF, APV, Multiples analysis) + Tricky question: " Calculate the market capitalization from the market share of the company"--> Answer: " there is no answer as you cannot calculate Mrkt capitalization from a Market share" - third round with the italian head of sales and trading, questions on why sales and trading and not other divisions, what characteristics you must have to work in this division. At the end they called me saying that they were sorry to say that I wasn't choosen.
