2. Aptitude tests (Numerical and Verbal)
3. Phone Interview (~10 minutes, very general interview questions)
4. Panel Interview
There are two panel interviews, both on the same day
Each interview lasts for 30 minutes, and there are two interviewers.
In the first interview, general questions are being asked (e.g. why do you choose JP Morgan, why this position, what are your weaknesses) and some are based on the CV (e.g. previous internship experience)
In the second interview, the interviewers focus on leadership experiences and urge me to specify the details of that experience.
