Interview
Contacted by Head Hunter, met with department Executive Director, experience based interviews, some competency based questions, mostly discussion around experience, passions, work goals. Met with a few members of the future team and the regional MD, and took the job!
In retrospect, there was some up-selling of the role. However, on balance it was still a great job with wonderful people, and a great trajectory.
