They approached me and the process started right after that. There were 8 interviews in total, one phone screen and then two 3-4 hours of interviews. They rushed the process to my request.

I was contacted by a recruiter, who introduced me to another of their colleague, who seemed to be very skeptical and biased (gender, age and race) already. It was a complete waste of time, asked me bunch of unnecessary questions, instead of explaining about the job roles. Showed no interest in my work experience while I was explaining.
It was more of an interrogation than a conversation.Seemed to me they were not interested in filling the positions.
Advise to management: Please stay by the values that you post in your job description and make sure your recruiting team are trained for that.
