Interview
Recruiter screen. I had a video call with the recruiter to discuss my background and interest in the role. They explained it was early in the search but I did not expect to be ghosted for months, especially when I tried following up to get a status update. I eventually received a rejection.
Application Review
Purpose: To screen resumes and identify potential candidates.
Activities:
Review resume, cover letter, and portfolio (if applicable).
Shortlist based on qualifications, experience, and relevance to the role.
nitial HR Screening (Phone/Online Call)
First was a telephonic round for resume screening with the recruiter then came the technical screening round where basics and the previous experience where evaluated and then the final technical live coding round
