J.P. Morgan Software Engineer interview questions

It was an online test which consisted of 2 questions. Then an online video interview which was prerecorded. Then the final round was a hackathon through which they shortlist freshers for their software Engineer program. There was a mentor assigned to each team who overlooked the work and effort made by all the members of the team. Do all the members have to work hard in order to prove their worth to the company.
