J.P. Morgan Software Engineer interview questions

Had a positive experience. The interview technical screening was not very hard. They asked me some data structure problems and I was able to answer them. The process took about a week for them to get back to me

I have always heard the hiring process is too bad in jp Morgan.I got a call from the recruiter for 1st telephonic round. Cleared it. Then I was invited for second round and followed by another round, which also went smooth. I was told hr will connect for further procedure. Though I didn’t get any further communication and sent a mail to know if there’s any update. And the reply was ‘after careful consideration you are rejected’. If the process is so carefully done then in the first round itself I should have been told that I don’t fit in for the position. there’s no point to waste working hours of a candidate on a weekday.
