Interview
I applied online and was invited 5 days later to their Technology assessment center in Bournemouth. They booked the planes trains and hotel and I had a half a day of interviews one week later.
3 steps :
- 1 technical exercise (45 minutes)
- 1 technical interview (60 minutes)
- 1 group exercise (15 minutes to read documents and 30 to take a collective decision and answer some questions)
One week later, they called to tell me I was accepted.
The technology exercise was about writing algorithms to solve a lottery problem, and the group exercise about choosing a technology (virtualized servers or cloud computing) for several JP Morgan offices.
